Repair of shifter teeths and synchroniser cone from splitter drive shaft, cascade transmission.
Shifter teeths and cone will be complete replaced with new.
Available as exchange part.
Available for Unimog / MB Trac :
- 403 406 416 421 G - transmission with straight or helical toothing.
- 403 406 416 421 F - transmission.
- MB Trac 65/70 700 800 UG 2/27 transmission.
- MB Trac 800 UG 2/27 transmission with air splitter ( wide version gearwheel is not available as exchange part, can be repaired on order).
The complete drive shaft must be send to us. We will exchange the rear gearwheel as exchange part on your own drive shaft.
So you will receive always your own drive shaft back, only the old gearwheel we keep as exchange part.
Extreme wear or damage of the shifting teeths and cone are no problem at all, because they will be complete renewed. Only the oudside teeths may not have damage or rust !
